航空兵飞行团转场运输机需求与配置模型研究

摘要
针对目前航空兵制定转场计划时运输机需求难以确定的问题,设计一种基于多目标优化和空运机动方程的运输机需求确定方法。根据转场空运需求,以运输机出动架次最小化和运输成本最低化为目标,建立了基于多目标非线性整数规划的多机种运输架次需求优化模型;通过构建空运机动方程,计算得到当飞机可循环使用时所需各型运输机的数量;最后,对模型中影响运输机需求量的因素进行了灵敏度分析,算例表明模型有效可行。
Abstract
It is difficult to determine the requirement to transport aircraft when air regiment makes a transition plan.We proposed a method for determining the transport aircraft requirement based on multi-objective optimization and air transportation dynamic equation.According to the personnel and materials requirements,and taking the minimizing of the transport aircraft sorties and transportation cost as objectives,we established a multi-objective nonlinear programming model for transport sorties demand.At last,air dynamic equation was established and the number of each transport aircraft was calculated out when the plane can be reused.Sensitivity analysis was also made to the factors that have effect on demand quantity of transport aircraft.The result of the examples proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
